Define payment methods and tax settings – it’s straightforward to define payment methods at company and store level. This information is synchronised as new stores and workstations are added, supporting improved financial control. Cervello allows the default tax amounts to be specified and can hold products inclusive or exclusive of the sales tax amount.
Control transaction and numbering settings – define the period that void and refund transactions are retained on the system, and maintain your favoured formats for user IDs, purchase order numbers, item codes, etc.
Determine order and currency settings – determine minimum deposit requirements and expiration of Quotes, Work Orders and Lay By transaction types. Easily setup currencies and the conversion rates used between the base currency for your business and others.
Set reasons – predefining reasons for key areas of the system underpins consistent reporting. Reasons can be defined for the Point of Sale, Discounts, Open Till Drawer and Stock Adjustments.
